The Virginia Agriculture Leaders Obtaining Results Program (VALOR), initiated fellowship participants with an orientation agenda held on the Virginia Tech campus September 14-18, 2012. Among other guest speakers, Dr. Rick Rudd, Department Head, Virginia Tech Agricultural and Extension Education, led a session on Leading through Change.
