VALOR is a two-year program for adults in agriculture who want to develop their communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills in addition to broadening their knowledge of global and local agriculture in the pursuit of becoming an advocate for agriculture and a leader in the industry.
Learn how the program works, what impact VALOR Fellows can have on their communities, and how you can nominate someone or apply for the program.
After an interview workshop, "sometimes it may be difficult for us to convey our message but it is important for us to be informed, to stay focused and communicate those agricultural values we believe in. With those principles in mind we can turn that fear and apprehension of being interviewed into an opportunity to inform."
Thank you to our Donors & Sponsors for investing in our program operations and our mission to develop leaders in agriculture.
